At Bufete Jurídico Pazos Chávez S.C., we are committed to complying with the treatment of personal data as Controllers (for Human Resources and Purchasing processes) in accordance with the purposes agreed upon with the data subjects through the Privacy Notice, or as Processors (for Customer Service, Notifications, Extrajudicial and Judicial Collection processes) with the Controllers with whom we have established a Contract.

We commit to carry out the actions, policies, practices and procedures in order to comply with all the Principles, Duties and Obligations established in the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (LFPDPPP), its Regulations and applicable regulations, through the development, implementation, maintenance and improvement of our Personal Data Security Management System and the implementation of a Personal Data Protection culture.
