We operate campaigns to inform through emails, phone calls, or sending messages about: launch of new medications and treatments, performance of procedures, studies, congresses, distribution of results, and to promote adherence to protocols.
Likewise, we recruit patients for clinical studies related to the launch of new medications, we apply "double-blind" studies through the implementation of interactive voice response systems (IVRS), and we send reminders of medication intake and application of procedures through text messages and email.
